TV Copyright Management is headed by Tim
Vining an experienced property manager
of both real property and intellectual
property. Tim began his business career
as a real estate appraiser and is a
member of several appraisal
organizations. Tim’s background includes
diversified irrigated agricultural
production and management.
A significant portion of Tim’s appraisal
practice deals with forensic appraising,
and he has worked with lawyers,
accountants and other professionals in
the courts for over 25 years. He has
served numerous times as an expert
witness in state and federal courts
working for both government entities and
private individuals.
For the past 10 years he has been
involved in managing patents, copyrights
and other intellectual property for
various types of business. He has direct
experience as a plaintiff in enforcing
the copyrights on his appraisals against
defendants who tried to infringe on his
reports without permission. He is the
first known real estate appraiser
anywhere in the nation to have enforced
his constitutionally granted copyright
protection. He collected a significant
judgment in United States District Court
for Copyright Infringement, awarding
both monetary damages and injunctive
relief.
Tim is a nationally recognized speaker
at copyright and intellectual property
educational seminars for professionals.
He has authored articles on the value of
copyright protection for professionals
and has helped coordinate multiple
patent management programs for the
agricultural industry. He is a co-author
